Kass has been a professionally licensed real estate agent since 2017 and considers the relationships she has built through real estate to be genuine friendships. Kass is a lifelong native of St. Marys. She is married to Mike, and they have five adult children. Kass worked as a teacher for almost 20 years before deciding to pursue a career in real estate following in her mom’s footsteps, Mary Kay Brown, the Property Girl.
Kass has earned the 2018 Ohio REALTORS President's Award of Achievement ($1 million in sales) and the 2019 Ohio REALTORS President's Award of Distinction ($2.5 million in sales).
Mike has been a professionally licensed real estate agent since 2017. Mike has had a passion for real estate for over 30 years as he was trained in the construction field from high school through early adulthood when he personally built his first home just south of St. Marys.
In 2016, Mike had six months away from his job due to surgery. Since he couldn’t sit still, it was at this time he decided to take real estate classes through Rhodes State College. Mike has an impeccable work ethic and will work hard to find the appropriate property to suit your needs. He specializes in residential transactions and property management. He has also dabbled in the commercial arena.
Mary Kay has recently joined the team at Closing Time Realty. The PROPERTY GIRL has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2008. She brings an abundance of knowledge to the field for both buyers and sellers.
Although the PROPERTY GIRL has been recognized in the State of Ohio for years through Awards of Achievement and Distinction, Mary Kay takes the most pride in working with clients who dream of owning a home for the first time and holding their hands through the process.
Ashley has been a licensed Realtor since 2020, and loves educating clients on the buying/selling process. She previously spent five years in the insurance industry, and prides herself in providing top-notch customer service and clear communication. Ashley also holds her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation, and specializes in estate transactions. “I love helping people purchase or sell properties. The process can be overwhelming, and I like to think I take the worry off of the shoulders of my clients. Closing day is always so rewarding, and every time I leave feeling like I have gained a new friendship.”
Born and raised in St. Marys, she is a devoted Roughrider and enjoys supporting the community. In Ashley’s spare time, she loves being at home with her husband and children. Her husband, Ryan, owns Valor Media Productions in St. Marys, and she enjoys assisting with photography and marketing.
